Student Social Lead Organizers and Committee
We are looking for volunteers to organize the student socials in the fall and spring. We have a well documented list of ideas, setup processes, and decorations stored in the PTO closet. You can use existing ideas or come up with new fun ideas for the socials. We need 1-3 lead organizers for each social to manage the spreadsheet task list, run committee meetings, manage a signup genius, nd assign tasks. If a social does not have at least ONE LEAD Volunteer - we may have to cancel the event. Each social also need an additional 5-10 volunteers to purchase decorations, order/purchase food/drinks, design/order bracelets, purchase extras (prizes, temporary tattoos), etc. This signup is for the core group of volunteers to organize the student socials - a later signup genius open to all families and high school volunteers will be open before the social for other volunteering needs.
